We are dedicated to providing safe, compliant access to natural health solutions with transparent, reliable delivery options tailored to your needs across South Africa.

Cape Town Same-Day Deliveries

For urgent orders within Cape Town, we utilize trusted direct delivery partners to ensure your products arrive swiftly and safely on the same day. We dispatch same-day deliveries from two locations – our Northern Suburbs office and our Southern Suburbs office – and your delivery rate is calculated based on distance from whichever office is nearer to you:

• Within 10km of Either Office: Delivery is FREE on all orders of R450 and over. For orders under R450 within this zone, a small delivery fee applies.
• 10km – 20km of Either Office: A flat-rate same-day delivery fee of R50–R80 applies across our full coverage area (minimum spend R250 applies).
• Beyond 20km of Both Offices: Outside our standard 20km coverage area, delivery is charged at the exact Uber trip rate with zero markup—and we cover R30 of that trip cost for you, so you only pay the remainder.

Nationwide Deliveries (Outside Cape Town)

For all customers outside of Cape Town, orders are dispatched via PostNet-to-PostNet. This ensures a reliable, highly trackable, and affordable delivery service anywhere in South Africa (minimum spend R250 applies). PostNet-to-PostNet delivery is free on orders of R350 and over, and a flat R100 on orders under R350.

Estimated Delivery Times

Same-day delivery within Cape Town typically arrives within 2 hours of your order being confirmed. During high-demand periods this may take slightly longer. If you'd like your order sooner, priority delivery is available at the full Uber trip rate – simply let our team know when placing your order.

Restricted Areas & Driver Safety

The safety of our delivery drivers is important to us. For a small number of addresses within our coverage area, our standard direct-delivery service isn't available due to driver safety considerations. This is a consistent precaution applied to specific addresses, not a judgement on any customer or community.

If your address falls into this category, you'll have a choice between:

• Same-day Uber delivery at the full trip rate, less R30 (which we cover), the same as our standard beyond-20km policy; or
• PostNet-to-PostNet delivery, with no same-day requirement – free on orders of R350 or more, or a flat R100 on orders under R350.

Our team will let you know at the time of ordering if your address falls into this category, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Delivery Security & Liability Notice

When utilizing our direct delivery partners or courier services, tracking links or secure collection details will be generated and provided to you. This allows you to monitor your shipment or communicate special drop-off instructions.

Please note: Timely collection or receiving of the parcel remains the customer's responsibility. Synergy-Hub assumes no liability and accepts no risk if you fail to meet the driver, neglect to collect your parcel within the allowed timeframe, or provide inaccurate delivery details upon ordering.

New Customer Offer Terms

First-time customers may choose one of the following on their first order: R50 off the order total, or a Special Gift added free of charge.

• Valid on your first order only, one offer per new customer.
• To redeem, simply let our team know it's your first order — via WhatsApp or in person. Our staff can verify first-time customer status directly.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Synergy-Hub reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
